If you look through the <a href="http://www.aussiehomebrewer.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=34356&st=20" rel="nofollow">recipe discussion</a> on AHB, there's actually a couple of comments on some changes that would bring the recipe closer in line with the original. I'd recommend reading the whole thread and tweaking the recipe from there.
